Continuous Enrollment

No More Annual Paperwork

Under our traditional enrollment model, families complete annual paperwork each year so the school can confirm which students are returning and make staffing and program plans for the upcoming year. In simple terms, it is the yearly question: “Is your child returning next school year?”

Continuous Enrollment replaces that process with a single, ongoing commitment.

Once your family signs the Continuous Enrollment Contract during the enrollment process, you will not need to complete yearly re-enrollment forms again, unless your plans change. If circumstances do shift, families have until the end of February each year to notify our the office with no financial penalty.

After February 28, families who withdraw are contractually obligated to pay a $725 fee. While this fee may feel significant, it is essential for maintaining stability in staffing, class sizes, and tuition planning for the coming school year.

Built-in flexibility for significant life changes

We recognize that unexpected situations arise. In the event of major life changes, such as relocating 25 or more miles from the school, circumstances in which LCS can no longer meet a student’s educational needs, if we ask a family to withdraw, or another unforeseen and documented situation approved by administration, the withdrawal fee will be waived.

Continuous Enrollment also provides your student guaranteed placement

As we approach capacity in certain grades, Continuous Enrollment ensures your child’s seat remains secured for the following year. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with your family and look forward to serving your student throughout their educational journey at Liberty Christian School.
