Meet the Principal

Mr. Pies

Welcome,

God is moving within our school to fulfill His purpose. He is preparing our children to represent Him to a world in need. I love the Lord and have a passion for education.  Serving at Liberty beautifully combines both. I have the opportunity to foster academic excellence and act as an extension of both family and church in nurturing the spiritual development of the next generation. In these uncertain times, Christian education is more vital than ever. Our curriculum is designed to help students see the world through a biblical worldview.

Proverbs 29:18 states, “Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law,” (NASB). With intentionality, here is our comprehensive vision:

Vision for School: We believe all students can become ambassadors for Christ in this broken, rapidly changing world.

Vision for Staff: Our staff works collaboratively as a team, supporting one another, students, and families. We rely on God's guidance and data to guide our practices with a "WE/me" mentality. All staff members find joy and fulfillment in our profession.

Vision for Students: We aim to create an environment where students feel safe to take learning risks, are known by our staff, and attend consistently. Our staff provides high recognition, consistency, and a strong academic foundation. Students engage with the Word of God and rich content, preparing them for success in their post-secondary lives with a biblical worldview.

Vision for Community: We seek meaningful partnerships with parents to support students in their education, faith, and character development. We prioritize strong two-way communication and family engagement through events and our parent teacher organization. Our connection and support from local churches through prayer and financial assistance are essential.

Personal Vision: I aspire to serve as part of a unified LCS team that collaborates to achieve our shared vision with trust and transparency while facilitating success for educators and students.

Personal Mission Statement: My mission is to utilize servant leadership to build relationships, ensure our educators have the resources and training to help our students succeed.

Our school is built upon an unwavering belief in God’s love for us all. We witness God's love in the smiles of our students, the dedication of our teachers, and the support of our parents and community. His love and His word form the foundation upon which we create an environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and morally.

I would be delighted to speak with you about becoming a part of the Liberty family. Please come visit us soon.

In His grace,

Jordan Pies
